Can I change the symbol of the aircraft?

Yes, you can! The symbol and the color of the aircraft can be changed. 

Tablet:

Icon: Flight > Edit aircraft > Icon > Choose one
Color: Flight > Edit aircraft > Color > Choose one

Phone:

Icon: Configuration > Flight parameters > Edit aircraft > Icon > Choose one
Color: Configuration > Flight parameters > Edit aircraft > Color > Choose one
