I don’t receive any GPS signal on my phone, what can I do?

Make sure that your device is equipped with an internal GPS sensor. If this is not the case, an external GPS sensor is needed.

From your iOS device: Settings > Privacy > Location services > Select 'Air Navigation Pro' > Always

From the app, go to Tools > Sensors > iOS Location Services (must be green).

From your Android device: Settings > Location > App permissions > Air Navigation > Allow all the time

From the app, check the Location Sensor. To do this, go to Configuration > Sensors > Android Location Services (must be green).
