No way to log into my Android account

HI,

I have just got a new smartphone Samsung A40 on Android. I've downloaded ANP app, and I'd like to log into my account which has been existing for years. The log in works fine (I am recognised) but no way to progress. It forces me to take either the Standard or the premium subscription, while I have none of them. I'd just to access to the application and download maps that I have already paid.
How to fix that.

Thanks for your message here in the forum.

If you purchased Air Navigation Pro iOS version before but wants to access it using Android device, package subscription is required.
However, you still get full access of the app using iOS devices without buying a package.
Package subscription can be used both Air Navigation Pro iOS and Android versions.

Make sure you are connected to your Air Navigation account to sync your purchased products.
You can use your purchased maps without buying them again.

The fact is that I have bought several years ago BOTH versions of ANP, one for IOS and one for Android. My previous smartphone was an Android one (Moto G4 if you look at my devices)and I replaced it by an Android one (Samsung A40).
So, how come that it requests me to purchase something to access to the app and to be able to download my maps already bought

Thanks for your reply.

We found an issue on pre-existing user that account is not being recognized on Android devices.
If this is the case, to validate your account please send us screenshots of the following via support@airnavigation.aero:
- order history in Google Play Store showing your app purchases and its date
- purchase confirmation
