Purchased subscriptions across device types

Can you guarantee that with the latest subscription upgrades I can purchase add-on subscriptions in the iOS app and automatically have access to them on my Android app as well? Or must I pay twice, once per platform? Thanks!

Thanks for your message in the forum.

Package subscription can be used across devices (iOS and Android).
You don't need to buy package each version and no need to buy maps again.
You can sync your purchased products using your Air Navigation account.

Find here on how to sync your products across devices:
In order to sync all your products with your different devices, you must first connect your Air Navigation account on each device.
To do so, go to Tools >> Account.

If purchased products done through App Store or Play Store, you can sync them via Air Navigation account.
First, always sync the products in the device where you originally purchased them.


After logging in your Air Navigation account, go to Configuration >> Store and tap the Restore toolbar.
For iOS device, Apple will ask for your iTunes ID and password. Enter it and press OK.
Wait until products are shown.


From this Restore screen, you can install the product of your choice.

I have still the same problem (like I had also back in 2017) - the ICAO maps 2019 do not show up on the iPad. I renewed the German standard package on my Android device where I could install all components including the ICAO maps 2019. On the iPad I could do all the updates EXCEPT the maps.
I tried to solve it as described here (first sync Android, then iPad, but still ICAO 2019 shows a price of 59,99 instead of "1-year subscription".
Please make it available!

Thanks for your message in the forum.

If you have sync your purchased products across devices except Germany DFS ICAO 500k 2019, please follow the workaround below:
From the app, go to the "Store" and tap the Restore toolbar.
You will find your package subscription there, tap it and components of the package will be displayed.
From here you will see which products are installed or not. Tap the Germany DFS ICAO 500k 2019 to install.

Hello Irish Ann,
thank you for your reply. The steps I did not do so far were to open the package in the product list on the iPad, then the Germany DFS ICAO maps to select the individual maps.
After this I can see it in the maps list and use it in the product.
