On my iPad, When i press the category button for Weather notams etc, the application bug ( not with my iphone) what can i do?

I got the same problem on iOS 12.3.1 and ipad mini 5 and air nav pro 7.4.3.
I use the app in french. When I click on « Dossier », the app stops.

Thanks for your message in the forum.

Kindly reinstall your app to solve the issue.
Consider backing up your files like recorded flights, routes, etc prior via iTunes File Sharing.
You can read more information here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201301

Before using iTunes File sharing, select "Backup waypoints" from your old device by going to "Tools" - "User Waypoints" and select the option "More options".
This will create the file that you can later move to the new device. After importing the file on the new device you will need to go to this same menu and select the option "Restore waypoints".
