No login and no maps. Android support requested

Hello!
I have a Samsung. I have sent this message also in the email form. To doublöe the chance of an answer I hereby post it in the forum.

I have entered a subscription on April 28, paid 659 SEK, May 12 for "Standard" package "Aeronautical database" in what I believe was Swedish airspace. I have also subscribed, paid today 199 SEK, for "Interactive Notams".

Is the second item "Interactive Notams" included in the "Standard"? In case yes, can you please cancel it to be refunded?


Every time I start the app it asks me to choose an email address, choosing either the email stated above or to add an account (in Swedish). The app also now and then have given me the impression that the database wasn't really downloaded. Messages ”database not updated”. When I try to log in, I get the answer "account information: Not set". I believe I did open a login account two or three years ago or more when I purchased/downloaded the Air Navigation Pro first time 2013. In 2016 I reloaded the app in my new Samsung Tablet). Can you please check if I have an account possible to login to or not? Can you please reset the password if an account is valid in my email?
I can not log in to my account. On the device. I have tried to use again the email I got in 2016 when I registered a login account first time (I bought the app and downloaded it the first time in 2013)

Two weeks ago I also lost the maps, the landscapes, from my database. When I was abroad in France, flying with some friends, the airplane icon ”flew” in airspace with borders but"without landscape".

Thanks for your message in the forum.

During startup of the app, enter your registered Google Play account which you used upon purchase.
Regarding the outdated aeronautical database, kindly update your subscription to get monthly updates by going to the cart icon "Store" and tap the Restore toolbar.
You will get rid of the safety warning once it has been updated.


I cannot find your message via support@airnavigation.aero. Could you please send it again?
Send us screenshots of your purchase confirmation to see what could be refunded.
Indicate your Air Navigation account to further validate about the login problem.

Could you tell us more detailed info about the landscape issue?
