ANP newest version crash on Briefing Button

The new feature in the last update is the "Briefing" button.
If you press this button, the app crashes immediately.
No notams now, no weather data more ...

Ipad mini 2,
IOS version 12.3.1
ANP Version 7.4.0.81

The following already tried:
clear cache
iPad restart
Log out and log in again

Request for immediate correction. Thank you

I have the same problem. ANP chrashes when using BRIEFING button. Option NOTAMS is gone!!!

Same issue here, very dissaponting, figuring this error during flight preparation today, so instead of 10 minutes pre-flight, fiddling with bug 30 min, till finding there is a bug. Also there is no option to print flight plan in route setting as in old version. Might be it should be part of briefing... but pressing briefing button crash app....so I could only presume, this is an option. So at least I was abble to navigate with app. today. I urge for quick fix. Thanks.

You can print the operational flightplan by going to the "Briefing" >> Navigation log >> you will find pdf button at the bottom of your selected document.

Hi Irish,
I’ve just upgraded my ANP to 7.4.1.1 and today I did following steps:
1) closed ANP
2) started ANP and under Briefing created a new navigation log
3) selected PDF button
4) crash...

I’m on iPad Pro 11” with iOS 12.3.1

The new version was installed, the cache cleared and the device restarted. When trying to create a new navigation log via button (below, maybe PDF), the app still crashes, as Livio described.
Can not provide a working app? It is getting very tedious. Again, no printscreen can be made because the app crashes.
Please test the app BEFORE it is updated.

Just pressing "Briefing", Air Nap Pro crashes.

Few minutes ago I’ve upgraded my ANP to new 7.4.2.5 version, and I did same previous steps again on iPad Pro 11” with iOS 12.3.1

1) closed ANP
2) started ANP and under Briefing created a new navigation log

4) crash...

Tests done:
- Setting ANP to factory default did not fix the problem.
- After deleting the ANP App and reinstall it again, now it runs fine.
I'm frustrated because I lost my recorded trips and waypoints.

Please, let us know when a fix will be available. The issue can re-occur at any moment.

Hi,

I just want to add characteristics of my device.
Ipad mini 4 Wi-Fi Cellular 128GB.
IOS 12.3.1
AirNavPro 7.4.2.5
Navlogic 1.0.2
When depressing the Breifing button nothing happens and 5 secondes after the apps
crash.
It's not a big issue for me to remove and reinstall the apps, but how to proceed to be sure to keep my recorded trips and waypoints.

Please restart your device if it helps.
If problem continues, please let us know.

Consider backing up your files before reinstalling the app via iTunes File Sharing.
You can read more information here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201301

Before using iTunes File sharing, select "Backup waypoints" from your old device by going to "Tools" - "User Waypoints" and select the option "More options".
This will create the file that you can later move to the new device. After importing the file on the new device you will need to go to this same menu and select the option "Restore waypoints".

Hello,

After a long run, ANP and all my installed products have been re-installed. I don't know for how many time because all the product that I have re-installed again have worked without problem since the introduction of the "Briefing" button up to june 17th.
Last but not the least, all my recorded flight trip are gone as well as all my routes.
Any possibilities to retrieve them ?

We cannot restore them once app is reinstalled without backing up the files/data.
For future reference, backup them using iTunes File Sharing.
