Problem downloading charts, version 6.1.5.2

Hi, I am an infrequent user but value Airnav Pro when I do use it. I have version 6.1.5.2 and went to down load some charts from the map store,did not work, went to the website, no problem except the email instructions went: Go to Settings -> Products -> Restore . Problem is my version does not have >Products. Do I need an update, and if so, how ?

You have to go to Configuration -> Store -> Restore. That's the right way.

Just to add the information that's right despite the fact our procedure was wrong, you don't have neither the new version of Air Navigation. Please make the update, you will be able to enjoy all the new features.

Hello Celine,

I permit me to add my issue at your conversation. When I go inside the menu "all my products", a message indicate "Download informations of products..." but the software stay on this message without stopping. My charts are not loaded in AirnavPro.

Hello Hamish,

You can update your app version by going to the App Store and tap the tab "Updates". However, in case your iOS version does not support higher OS version, you can install previous app version by going to the App Store and tap the tab "Purchased".
For the time being, Air Navigation Pro supports iOS version 9. Make sure you are connected to your registered iTunes/Apple ID.
