Hi.
i have installed air nav på on a different android smartphone. Now I cant open it without getting routed to a payment side. It wants me to buy the Standard package 2-week free trial. I onlyu want to use the simple free verion I have used for many years. How to do this?

Thanks for your message in the forum.

We found an issue on pre-existing user that account is not being recognized on Android devices.
If this is the case, appreciate to send us a screenshot from your Play Store account -> Account History showing the app purchases and its date.
Otherwise, you may send us a screenshot of the purchase confirmation from Google Play.
You can review order history in Google Play Store via https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2850369?hl=en
