Cannot enter air navigation pro after last update and a fresh install

I bought air navigation many years ago, always worked well.
After the last update I did a factory reset to my device and fresh installed the software. Now I can not enter the software. After the installation:
Open the app
Asks for my google account
Get the disclaimer
Get the "Connecting to check your subscription" message
No response
I click "Continue"
It shows a screen where I can go to "Terms of Use" (external link), "Privacy" (external link) or "Back to intro"
I click "Back to intro"
It shows the intro screen and I click "Start now" then "Continue"
It returns to the "Connecting to check your subscription" message screen.
It starts a loop again and again and I don't know how to start the app.

I tried login in in my account and the same happens.

I think it cannot connect to check my subscription.

The version I have installed is Release-3.0.1.2-1

What can I do? I travel next sunday and I'd need the software working.

I have the same problem.

The issue is that I can't take a screenshot of the error because there is no error, but the app won't let me log in and start to use it with the already bought products. It just promps you to buy the Standard/Premium subscription for your preffered country. And it enters in a loop where the only option to get out of it (I guess) is by buying a subscription

Recently I switched to Android version 9 using Huawei mate 20. After the installation I get:

Sir i bought this air navigation pro application almost 3 years back and it worked very well...sir recently i have changed my device and now i can download this application in my new device but after installation i can not enter the application.
Once i open this application it asks me for my google account after selecting my google account trials starts. After the trials it asks me for a standard subscription. It does not recover my subscription even logging in my air nav pro account.
Sir pleasd solve my problem i really need your help.

Dear Geron,

With the new subscription model, as a new user for AN Android version it will require a package subscription to unlock the application.
In the event that you already purchased a package subscription from iOS, you don't need to buy it again.
Make sure to login your Services account to sync the products across devices.

On the other hand, if you purchased AN Android version prior release of Android 3.0 as an existing user kindly send us a purchase confirmation from Play Store to manually unlock.

Otherwise, you may send us a screenshot of the purchase confirmation from Google Play via support@airnavigation.aero.

Please advise your Services account (username or email add).

Same problem. I bought the app on 3/7/17. Works well on the samsung tablet, but now dont recognize the account on my A5 cell phone.

If you purchased the application prior the release of ANP Android version 3.0, kindly send us an email indicating your Services account.
Also with a screenshot from your Play Store account -> Account History showing the app purchases and its date.
