Reinstalling the app

Good evening.
After resetting to the factory settings I made on my android mobile phone, my app releases the following message "subscription automatically renewed unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours prior to the current period". The application has been paid on March 24, 2017 under Order Number: GPA.3364-8146-7166-02230. What should I do to reinstall the application?

with the last update I do not have access to Aeronautical database acquired 2019/07/09, nor to Standard SP of 2019/07/02.
If the latest version is NOT COMPATIBLE with Android 7.0 I ask for refund
