France Package subscription disappeared after app update to 7.0

Bonjour,
J’ai payé sur votre site web le 17 novembre 2017 une souscription au Package Standard France. J’ai le reçu PayPal pour le prouver. Suite à la mise à jour de l’application aujourd’hui, ma souscription a tout simplement disparue. Je n’ai plus accès à la carte OACI 500k ni aux cartes d’approche georeferencées. Merci de remédier à cela au plus vite.

I have paid on your website on November 17th 2017 a subscription to Standard France Package. I have the PayPal receipt to prove it. Since I have updated the app today, my subscription has just disappeared. I don’t have access to OACI 500k and georeferenced approach charts anymore. Could you please fix it quickly ?

Thanks for contacting our Support Center.

To install your maps you have first to connect your device with your Xample account from Tools->Air Navigation Service -> Account information.
Then, go to Configuration -> Add ons (Map Store) -> All my products. Pressing the map of your choice will download it.
