Air Navigation does not load My Products / Purchased
I have a problem regarding downloading data to my new Mac Book with macOS 10.13.3.
I could install Air Navigation app with no problems and could log in to my account. But as I try to find my purchased data under May Products / Purchased I do not get any results. It seems that the search process is still running. Tried it a couple of times and even reinstalled Air Navigation app. I also tried my old Mac Book with macOS 10.13.3 - Data is still installed there but I could not find it there either.
Could you please provide help?

Have you already try to solve the problem by logging out and them logging in to your Xample Services account?

thank you for your answer. I logged out in the desktop app and logged in to my Xample Services account. I can see all my Add-Ons there, fine. But going back to the app, logging in again, Air Navigation is still not able to load My Products / Purchased. I tried it for over 2 hours with a real fast internet connection.
Any other ideas? Will try to reinstall the app now.

There is a bug in Air Navigation Desktop when syncing the products, I have reported it to the developers. Fortunately there is also a workaround:
-Open Air Navigation Desktop and make sure that you are logged in.
-Open the Map Store and select My products - Purchased. The wheel rotates and nothing happens
-Go then to the catalog and look for a product that you purchased
-You should be able to download the product without paying again.

The solution you presented is not working in my case because the maps i bought over the last years are not available in the catalog anymore.
So i hope the developers can solve the problem.
But it works for the maps which i bought and which are still available in the catalog.
