Problems with Addons and Account revoking

Hello,

I needed to revoke a device because it was broken shortly before a flight to switzerland (I´m in Germany). It told me that it could take up to A WEEK until the revocation is performed. Because it was urgent I´ve added a new account and had to buy the german package once more and the switzerland standard addon. Wasted a lot of money and I assume you will refund it to me.

But the biggest problem was yesterday: After purchasing the switzerland addon I couldn´t install it. The app didn´t have any maps / approach charts to install and the web interface told me that I need to look at my mobile device.

So I want to cancel the new account, get a refund and an explanation what´s going wrong.
