Maps subscriptions

Hi, I have been using airnav for 4 years. I´m subscribed to many charts form Argentina and recently when I try to open the app I´m requested to subscribe to a charts package. I allredy paid for all charts in the package and I wont paid again.... So I need to solve this problem as soon as possible because I can´t use the app right now.

Thank you for your message in the forum.

Make sure you are connected with your registered iTunes/Apple ID which you used upon purchase of the app.
Apple recognizes legacy user and you should be able to get full access of the app without buying a package subscription.
To validate your iTunes/Apple ID, from your device go to Settings >> iTunes & App Store >> Apple ID.

Remember to always login your Air Navigation Services account.
To do so, from the app tap Tools >> Account >> Account information.


If this is not the case, kindly write us back via support@airnavigation.aero.

Hi.I'v been using this soft for long time. Just change new phone (S10+). I installed again this soft.
then login my account. But the screen just appear the Start page. can not into the program. My account name: phuongsfc@hcm.vnn.vn (Not active on this email any more)
