Switzerland Georeferenced VFR charts not in my products list

Following a notification of update from your services, I tried today to download the new version of Switzerland Georeferenced VFR charts. Although visible on the map itself, this product does not appear anymore in "All my products" list and therefore cannot be updated. My subscription runs until 21st of december 2018 though.
How can I find it again and maintain it updated?

Thank you for your message and your interest in Air Navigation Pro.
To sync the products to Services account, kindly login your Xample account.
Go to Map Store >> Restore >> tap to download.
Sync products should be there in All my Products.

If problem remains, please send us some screenshots of the issue via email.
Also, provide us your Xample account.
