Approach Charts purchased but not available to download

Tablet: approach charts installed, when trying to update or to install one I see the message, that I have to purchase first.
Phone: approach charts not installed, when trying to install one I see the message, that I have to purchase first.

Both devices have been restarted and restored.
On the website I can see that the charts should be available:
"Germany - Georeferenced Visual approach charts

Expiration date
Mar 31, 2019"

What needs to be done to use and update the charts on both devices?

I see in your account that you are using Android devices. Packages are not yet supported in Android. We are working on it and hope to be able to release an update soon. We are sorry for that.

I don't understand your answer. You're right, both devices are android based, but on the tablet I was able to use the charts for a while. I just cannot update anymore and I see the message that I have to purchase first. So it worked before. Something must be changed in your database, which is not related to the OS.

I bought the charts individually, I didn't bought a package!

It's impossible to download the packages or individually charts, unfortunately it's unable to use the app, If it's possible to change the date of expiration because we are losing the time with these small problems, it will be excellent.
