Custom Maps/Charts

Please can you tell me if I can get a refund for my purchase of 3D terrain and a custom map.

I feel cheated.......

One of the main factors in choosing ANP over other Navigation Apps is because of the supposed ability to install custom maps and charts....

I quote from your website......

– Free and commercial charts from the public domain

– Free maps from OpenStreetMap

NONE of this is true....

After much research I discover that it is not possible to install any Charts or maps at all unless they are purchased from you.

I would like to cancell my Purchases and get a refund.
Please advise.

Please could you tell us for which country you needed charts ? Because we have free and ONC charts for almost every country in the world. You can see the list here :

If you want to be refunded, please could you send us a private message with your email and the way you purchased these charts (Paypal, Google, Apple) ? Thanks in advance,

Yesterday I subscribed to the "standard FR" (69,99 euros) and nothing has been udlooded sofar. I received a message telling the data base is acquired but the uploading/installation is still in progress.
Can you pls check this matter and tell me how to proceed ?
I also noticed that my last subscription 'standard" does not appear in my account.
For your information I already subcribed to the "Essential" version (19.99 euros).
