I'm trying to renew two of my subscriptions, but when I click in PayPal's link I got the following message:

Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.

What should I do?

Boa noite , recentemente comprei um iPad mini e ao tentar baixar as cartas VFR e IFR esta aparecendo o seguinte erro :

“ the product was not installed because the product Will be available on a few hours. Try again later. “

Mas já estou tentando a dois dias e continua o mesmo erro.

Aproveitando a oportunidade gostaria de informar que a carta VAC do SBMT está apresentando uma anomalia ao abrir .

I have same issue for last 3 days trying to renew Georeferenced VFR. I have screens saved. How can I send the file for you? I didn´t find upload bottom.

Are there any other way to send money thru Paypal but manually or credit card?

Complementing forum based on what I received from support (Joëlle), validating if I used different platforms:

I already tried following methods:
- Windows 10 and Chrome;
- Windows 10 and Mozzila;
- MacOS 10.13 and Chrome;
- MacOS 10.13 and Safari;
- iOS 11.1 and Safari.

All of them with same issue...

I've got the same issue with French AIP reference chart, either with safari and chrome.

There was an issue with our site. This problem was already resolved. Therefore, you should be able to renew the subscriptions.
