Sync with iOS error

When I try to sync a route with my iPad, I always get this error:
"User account mismatch with the remote device."

AirNav Pro desktop and iOS are logged to the same account (tried both, username and email).
Both versions are updated, same for OSX and iOS version.
Rebooting, new installation, reset network, ... nothing helped

help is really appreciated

Same problem here. Tried to sync iOS devices IPhone SE and iPad Mini 3.

"Synchronization Error"

"User account mismatch with the remote device. Please log in with the same account and try again."

Fast resolution of this issue is well appreciated.
