Route Sync Airnav Pro Desktop auf Airnav Pro iOS

Hallo Support,
ich versuche meine geplanten Routen vom AirNav Pro Desktop (MacOS) auf mein iPhone mit AirNav Pro zu synchronisieren. Die Synchronization bricht mit der Fehlermeldung ab, dass die beiden Applikationen auf unterschiedlichen Accounts laufen. Um sicher zu gehen, dass dieses nicht der Fall ist, habe ich beide Geräte ausgeloggt, und mit dem gleichen User Account wieder eingeloggt. Leider funktioniert der Sync immer noch nicht.
Wäre schön, wenn jemand eine Idee hat, das zu lösen.

das o.g. Problem habe ich auch. Es ist echt ärgerlich, dass diese Funktionalität nicht gegeben ist, denn das war der eigentliche Grund, warum ich mir zusätzlich die Desktop-Version gekauft habe. Jetzt muss ich meine Routenplanung wieder am iPad machen. Ich möchte euch bitten, dieses Problem schnellsten zu lösen, denn es hat ja mal geklappt.

I have the same problem and tried the same procedure (unlogged both devices (IOS and OS X) and log again with the same acount), and the same answer "acount mismatch etc". Small improvement though as before, when I tried to synchronize my IOS device with the OS X version, both air nav pro session crashed (and it was at least one year ago). In fine I have almost never been able to synchronize my work on the mac with the I-pad I fly with. I asked for help to the helpdesk and I received the same answer : "we are working on it". I hope this synchronization function will work some time in the future, hopefully before my retirement....

Same issue. Honestly, are your developers really trying to fix this bug since nearly two month? This bug effectively makes the whole desktop app useless. Please update this thread with an estimated release date for the bug fix.

Hello Fellows, what´s going on? Nobody could Sync the Routes with this "FlightPlannig" (just kidding) Software.
This is ridiculous. Would you say to us Customers that you are not able to check what you Changed
in the last few weeks on your Server? Armutszeugnis!
Please, stop your Holidays and come back to Work!

Für alle Leidtragenden eine kleine Abhilfe:

In der Desktop-App die gewünschte Route anklicken, und oben auf das Zahnrad (bei Distanz, Zeit,...) klicken.
Dort "Save to disk" oder so.
Dieses .gpx irgendwie auf das iPad bringen (iMessage, Dropbox, mail,...).
Datei auf iPad öffnen (nur Text)
Öffnen mit (Kasten mit Pfeil nach oben) --> Importieren mit AirNavigation
Voila


Ein Dauerzustand kann und darf dies nicht sein!

Open Route in the Desktop App
Klick on gear (next to Distance, time, wind)
Save gpx to disk
Send this .gpx to the iPad (iMessage, mail, dropbox,..)
Open .gpx on iPad (you see only text)
"Open with..." (box with uparrow) --> import with Airnav
