Get Crash Report (iOS)

Last Updated: Mar 10, 2015 02:48PM CET
Every time Air Navigation crashes, a crash log file is stored in the device. We recommend you send us the file attached with your report message when writing in our support platform.

This article will show how to properly get the crash log files from your iPad or iPhone.
These files are extremely useful for our developers to find the issue in the code and get the necessary information about the device to quicker solve the problem.

The crash log files start by the App name (Airnav).
They also show the date and time (hours, minutes and seconds) of the crash and the name of the device.
